This was no ordinary cat. Tillie loved opera, people, parties, fireplaces, rice pudding, tall grass, sunshine, Christmas trees, empty bags, Parmesan cheese, greeting visitors, ferns, clean warm laundry, sitting on any newspaper you were trying to read, watching television (but only after 8pm), his family. Tillie was put on this earth to be a caregiver and he was an excellent caregiver. We will not cry because he is gone, we will smile because he allowed us to live with him.
